• Patients are responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents (passports, visas) required to enter Mexico and re-enter their home country.
• We are not liable for travel delays, flight cancellations, or border crossing issues.

4. Payment and Cancellation Policies

Specific payment terms, deposits, and cancellation policies regarding surgical procedures will be provided to you directly in your personalized surgical agreement after your consultation. Initial virtual consultations booked via our platform must adhere to the cancellation terms displayed at the time of booking.
